Ashley Hamilton has 15 years of firefighting experience with 6 years in the Special Operations Battalion where she solved complex problems in restrictive and dangerous environments. She currently holds the position of Emergency Planning Specialist in her department and is developing programs that help first responders and their Command Staff make decisions more quickly, safely, and effectively with symbols NOT written language. Aiki believes that by empowering students, teachers and first responders inside of a crisis, we can end the epidemic of deaths by mass shooting in K-12 schools, universities, businesses, and places of worship. Aiki has won Gold in MassChallenge ‘21, FM Global’s Resilience Award ‘21, and Phase I & II FRST Challenge Winner.
